Tony has developed social houses for Kainga Ora, formerly, Housing New Zealand for 44 years. With over $100m in annual construction for Tony's projects, even during covid not a single project was not delivered on time because of that leveraged experience, which is nationally recognized. As social housing development budget shunk to 15% of pre-covid, we have decided to leverage this experience in Australia to assist our trans-tasman cousins. With over 20 years in residential and commercial construction primarily in the US and New Zealand. Our extensive experience ensures every project is executed with precision and timeliness.
QUALITY
Tony has housed thousands of Maori to provide warmer, more comfortable living, and his decades of experience, relationships, and care to each project is evident in the quality of workmanship. Anton has been involved with Hotel renovations at luxury resorts in Tahiti, which were remote with difficult employment and environmental factors, quality of workmanship has never been compromised. He has worked with executive engineers to renovate commercial projects in the US for clients like Home Depot to renovate buildings across different states, working around opening hours to prevent any commercial loss or delay in operations, without forfeting quality.

As program manager for the Waikato, Bay of Plenty region the relationships with council, sub contractors, developers, and local councils has always been above satisfactory. Anton has lived in six countries completing construction projects from residential to commercial with companies as large as, Home Depot, and the Meridian Hotel in Bora bora, French Polynesia.
